Mark Lundquist, President & CEO, formed Fulcrum Edge to lead companies through growth and transitional change, develop state-of-the-art business plans, and package companies for acquisition and investment. He has led transition training and new market penetration for joint ventures in Asia and the Americas, as well as in a broad range of industries. He has extensive executive management experience with Fortune 500-sized firms spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. His expertise includes the ability to rapidly assess company status and help chart new courses of growth and development, as well as specialty expertise in succession planning and visually plotting a company's financial, legal, and organizational situation.
He spent 22 years in the corporate world of aerospace, defense, automotive, controls, automation and robotics before expanding into healthcare products and composite technology. Mark held executive positions in Bosch, Mannesmann AG, Norgren (IMI plc), Vickers, Valcor Engineering, and Grimes Aerospace, and began his career with Sundstrand Corporation. He has founded and co-founded four companies and taken one public via IPO.
Mark has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He sits on the boards of numerous companies, was an adjunct instructor at the University of Michigan-Dearborn's Graduate School of Management, a lecturer for Shanghai University MBA students, and recognized by Lawrence Technological University and WWJ (CBS) radio as a "Leader & Innovator" in Michigan. He is an aerospace patent holder and previously held a Department of Defense Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
