Bill Cardenas, Principal, has specialized in project management, working with governmental and multinational organizations to develop new services, new products, and improved processes. He has extensive experience working in cross-cultural environments, both domestically and abroad.
He has managed national and multinational teams in business and government and has extensive experience analyzing and improving business processes. While working with the US government, he led teams responsible for developing weapon systems supporting the elite US Special Operations Command. Bill continually pushed innovative solutions to speed the delivery of products to the field and developed a forum for improving communications with customers. Prior to that, he served in the US Army as a career officer in a variety of command and staff positions in the US, Europe, and Latin America. He culminated his military service at The Pentagon where he directed Army international programs and wrote the US Army strategy for Latin America.
Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in General Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point, a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from Stanford University, an MBA from Averett University, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is certified as a Project Management Professional®, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Bill also holds a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Certification in Project Management and held a DoD Top Secret Clearance (SCI) level. Bill speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently.
